To the Beach (and to the candy)!

We went to the beach yesterday... turns out there is a Sandcastle building competition today at noon. Aw, well. Those competitions are intense. People are really, really professional at their sand castles. For example, one of them was a castle in the shape of a humungous mermaid (humungously humungous) with each scale being a sea shell that looked almost identical to all the other ones. So I don't think my little sand castle would stand a chance. XD

Anywhoodle, at the trip to the beach yesterday, I went to the ocean and my sister and I put on goggles. My sister located two small sea animals (one a crab and the other we have no idea) and a fish of decent size. We ate pizza and fell asleep on the warm sand. I did some summer reading and I sat under the umbrellas and in beach chairs and I thought of 10 uses of the noodle.

But I got $2.50 of candy after the trip to the beach. Yay! I got four strips of dots, five gummy worms, 6 dubble bubble gum, 2 blow pops, and a dum dum from my sister after I handed to her my blow pop.
